EucBuddy is an independent rider project under active development. It is useful as a compact EUC dashboard, but it is not a certified safety device, not a manufacturer product, and not a substitute for your own judgement while riding.
Under Development
EucBuddy is evolving. Firmware, website tools, BLE protocol support, telemetry decoding, settings and user-interface behavior may change between releases.
No Warranties
The project is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind. No guarantee is made that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every wheel, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Use At Your Own Risk
- Electric unicycles can be dangerous and require rider skill, maintenance and attention.
- Do not rely on EucBuddy as your only source of speed, battery, PWM, current, temperature or warning information.
- Telemetry can be delayed, unavailable, inaccurate or decoded incorrectly.
No Responsibility Accepted
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the makers and contributors accept no responsibility or liability for damage, injury, data loss, wheel behavior, riding decisions, missed warnings, failed updates or other consequences related to use of EucBuddy.
Compatibility, Independence And Updates
- EucBuddy is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by EUC manufacturers.
- Wheel firmware and Bluetooth protocols may change without notice, which can affect compatibility or displayed values.
- Follow local laws, wear appropriate protective gear, keep your wheel maintained, and stop riding if anything feels wrong.
- Firmware flashing and device configuration are performed at your own risk. Keep the device powered and connected during updates.
